Paul was the driving force behind songwriting and production for Washington DC-based quartet U.S. Royalty. From 2008 to 2015, the group toured nationally, earned placements in major network TV, Film and streaming shows, collaborated with international brands, and garnered accolades from Interview, Nylon, GQ, Esquire, The New York Times, and The Washington Post.

Mentoring young musicians into full-fledged artists

 

Over the course of seven years, Paul taught dozens of aspiring musicians from all backgrounds and ages. He mentored Twenty20, a Washington DC-based quartet, as they developed from novice players to aspiring songwriters, performing at venues like the 9:30 Club and the White House along the way.
